1. Scope

Fakturky.top provides desktop invoicing software, downloadable installers, license keys, and related customer support. The exact product, plan, duration, and price are shown on the website or during checkout before payment is completed.

2. Orders and contract formation

An order is placed when the customer submits the checkout or payment form and confirms the purchase. The contract is concluded once the payment is successfully authorized and the order is accepted for digital delivery.

3. Payments and GoPay gateway

Payments may be processed through the GoPay payment gateway and its currently available payment methods. The customer may be redirected to GoPay or a connected payment interface in order to complete the transaction. Payment card or banking details entered in the payment gateway are processed by the payment provider under its own rules and security standards.

  • The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the selected digital product or license.
  • The customer is responsible for providing correct billing and contact details.
  • If a payment is authorized but delivery does not occur, the customer should contact support without undue delay.

4. Digital delivery and activation

Fakturky products are delivered digitally. After successful payment, the customer may receive download access, a license key, an email confirmation, or a combination of these. Delivery is usually made to the email address provided in the order.

If a paid order is not delivered, or the license cannot be activated for reasons attributable to delivery processing, the customer may request a correction, re-delivery, or review of the transaction.

5. License and permitted use

The software is licensed, not sold. Unless otherwise stated for a specific plan or offer, the license is granted for lawful use of Fakturky by the purchasing customer in accordance with the scope presented at checkout. Trial, promotional, or time-limited licenses may include functional or time restrictions.

6. Complaints and customer support

Complaints concerning payment, non-delivery, activation, billing, or service defects may be sent to fakturky@grapph.com. To speed up resolution, the customer should provide the order email, payment date, amount paid, and a short description of the issue.

  • Payment complaints should include the transaction identifier if it is available.
  • Duplicate or incorrectly charged payments will be individually reviewed based on payment and order records.
  • Communication about complaint handling is carried out by email unless another method is agreed.

7. Refunds, failed payments, and duplicate payments

If a customer is charged more than once for the same order, if a payment is taken but the order is not properly delivered, or if a technical payment error occurs, the merchant will review the case and, where justified, arrange correction or refund according to the verified circumstances of the transaction and applicable law.

8. Withdrawal right for digital content

For digital content that is delivered electronically, the customer may be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery before the statutory withdrawal period ends and to acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once digital delivery begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Liability

Fakturky.top is provided with reasonable care and support, but the customer remains responsible for the correctness of business data, invoices, tax settings, exports, backups, and legal use of generated documents. Liability cannot be excluded where exclusion is not permitted by law.

10. Privacy and order data

Contact and order details may be processed for contract fulfilment, payment handling, license delivery, accounting, complaint handling, and customer support. Only the data necessary for these purposes should be provided.

11. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. If any provision becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
